Release. — Massage by Nia operates a private massage studio in Fresno’s Tower District.

The Release newsletter

When you choose to sign up, we collect your email address, optional first name, signup time, email confirmation, and consent record. We use these to send your first-massage coupon and three newsletters per week. We also record delivery status, coupon expiration, and whether the coupon has been used.

Only confirmed subscribers receive newsletters. Each email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops future marketing. We retain a suppression record so we don’t accidentally add you back. Your valid unused coupon is not cancelled when you unsubscribe.

Email delivery

Emails are sent through Resend when delivery is configured. Your email address and message content are shared with the delivery provider for that purpose. We do not add appointment contacts to the marketing list without a separate signup.

Appointments and your private space

Your booking details and private messages are used to arrange and manage your appointment. They are available to you and the site owner through the private client and owner dashboards. A browser cookie keeps guest bookings connected to your private space. Optional ChatGPT sign-in helps you access that space across devices.

Choices and questions

Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop newsletters. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact Nia through your private client space or the contact page. We may retain records needed to honour opt-outs, prevent coupon reuse, and manage appointments.
